SMY Warranty Statement

Warranty service is very significant for a company to gain the trust and satisfaction from customers, so we keep trying to improve and complete our warranty service, listen to the feedbacks and control quality more and more strictly.

SMY used to provide 6 months warranty for direct dealers(who purchased directly from our factory sales), and now as we set up a branch office in California, USA, we are able to do more things for our customers in United States. Here we’re going to explain the warranty service we provide and how to reach to get your SMY products warranted.

1 . SMY warranty statement

In USA: a: For all our direct dealers, we provide 6 months warranty, please contact the sales rep you contacted with to get replacement service or free repair service.
b: For end customers,  we provide 6 months free repair service from the date you purchased. If your products are out of warranty, we also provide paid repair service for you.

In other countries beside USA: You can get after-sale service from the vendor where you purchased your SMY products, it’s usually various from different warranty policy from vendors, if your vendor purchased directly from us, you can ask them to contact us to get warranty service for your product.

To get warranty service, please prepare your receipt copy, photos or video as proof, then send to email. Our technician will reply you as soon as possible.
